I had called them to get my remotes going, my landlord moved out and I needed a couple, tried doing it myself with different remotes, nothing... I'm a General contractor who has installed motors in the past, thought it would be a piece of cake... nope! Eric got here in a timely manner and explained to me that I also needed a support strut at the top of the door, due to stress on it by the motor,going up and down... so I now have a stronger door with 2 remotes, thank you Eric!
