Precision Garage Door Service Of Placentia

Wonderful experience. Prompt, very clear communication, great customer service and I am so happy with the work.

Had to have whole unit replaced and Eric was amazing!!! It's super hot out and remained so kind in a 90 degree garage. He explained all of the processes and app really clearly.

Received a timely and great quote from Precision. I had a great experience during the installation process. My only issue was getting scheduled once I signed the contract - they were somewhat slow getting back to me about the timing of the install. I had to call a couple of times to get the installation folks to contact me. On the day of the work, they have a great process for letting you know when the technician will be arriving (shows you the technician's location as they are traveling to the job). The technican did great work replacing the doors and all the hardware. I would recommend Precision to others.

My garage door stopped working early in the evening. I had appointments I could not miss the next day and wasn't sure what to do. Precision Garage Doors stuck in my head from advertisements on T.V. So I called them. I was thrilled to find out they would come out that night and fix the door. Patrick arrived friendly and my knight in shining armor! Much to my delight, everything that needed to be fixed was resolved that night! Patrick was amazing! He was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in showing me over and over how to use the emergency release, for the garage door, and reset it. Because of the wonderful experience I had, I will always use them and refer them to others with the utmost confidence. Thank you Patrick for a job well done!

Called at 11:55am… Paul called and said he’d be here between 1-1:15…. And that’s what happened! Changed my batteries on garage doors.. yay! The beeping has stopped! Paul was friendly and quick. He made a few recommendations but wasn’t a pushy salesman! Had gave me helpful hints on how to make my system last longer!
