He explained why regular garage door tune-ups are important, the expected lifespan and condition of the rollers and other components, and how the garage door opener and overall system work together. I especially appreciated the way Bachir educated me without ever being condescending or overly technical. He was patient, professional, and clearly takes pride in both his work and helping customers understand how to properly maintain their garage doors.
