Precision Garage Door of Orange County sent Eric Stevens to help us replace the battery. Because we are elderly, those things were once easy to do, but now are not, and we need help. Eric was great! He gave us some options on maintenance for our door. Now the battery has been replaced, the beeping has stopped, and the maintenance Eric did for us has left the door operating smoothly and quietly. We called Precision because we had already had another service that came out three times, ended up having us replace springs, which may not have been necessary, overcharged us, and the noise was even worse afterwords. He came back and basically now wanted to replace the motor, but I told him I was going to get another opinion, So Michael C. came out and immediately saw that the weather strip all around was sticky and that the track needed to be moved slightly away from the wall which is what was causing the sticking. He was very kind and gave me a free estimate, but I still gave him a tip for his efforts and for being honest. Too many scammers out there trying to make an easy buck, but I would definitely call on this company again.

Our garage door needed a minor repair as well as general servicing. We made the request and an employee arrived in less than 40 minutes. He was pleasant, told us what he was about to do, and when done demonstrated how much better the door was working. We could not have been happier with the service, and for that reason have used the company for more than twenty years.
