Good customer service. Service person gave 3 options and we chose 2nd one. Seemed overpriced but it had been years since any service done and we needed work done right away and didnt have time to shop. Went ahead with work as we have have great experience with Precision Garage Door company in the past so the trust had already been established.

Friendly and polite service from the start to finish. It did seem like a steep price for the labor that took less than an hour but we were at the mercy of the technician as is the way with these sorts of matters.

Service from Precision was stellar! A little more than expected, but they are also in business to make money, not to make sure you get the best deal for your money. The equipment used was top-of-the-line, so I knew I'd be paying for that. The field tech, Jesus, was extremely friendly and polite, and knew his stuff. Plus, the work is guaranteed and done by someone who knows what they're doing. Will definitely use them again for any of my garage door needs!

Andrew Parks was very professional . He explained everything to me that had to be done and he did it in a timely way. I would ask for his services the next time I need it.
