Technician, Eric S., was diligent in providing cost estimate to a comprehensive overhaul by providing stronger and more durable torsion spring, bar, cables, and accompanying wall brackets, and lubricating rollers. The job was completed in a little over 2 hours including cleanup. Eric made the right call in selecting springs with appropriate tension grade and properly calibrating the torque clicks. As a result, we get a much improved smooth and quiet door opening and closing, and at a proper speed (no more slamming).
