This is a great company. Eric showed up very professional and timely. He walked me through all the problems and necessary actions. We ended up replacing the motor and Eric did a great job and even cleaned up after.

I'd like to express my appreciation of the work performed by Precision Overhead Garage Door at my home recently. I had an issue with being able to open my garage door after a period of experiencing issues with stutters and squeaks, so I contacted Precision. They were extremely quick to respond with an appointment and sent Matthew McGrew to inspect. The experience was smooth from start to finish - the service operator over the phone was courteous, explained the process and charges for diagnosis, I received a text with Matthew's picture and contact details shortly thereafter, and a call from Matthew a short while thereafter letting me know of his arrival. Matthew was a top-notch technician who knew his job well and after a detailed inspection, provided me with details of the issue along with the options for repair and replacement with warranty options. He provided details without being pushy that helped us choose the most appropriate option at a good price. He then proceeded to get the installation done, along with getting the app installed and the garage door openers programmed in all of my cars. He also helped fine tune a couple of other things. The entire experience was quick, smooth and a job well-done! I'd strongly recommend Precision and Matthew for anyone looking to get their garage door repaired/replaced.
