    My technician was Matthew McGrew and he came out today to service my garage door opener. I had first called Mesa garage door company and they were very dishonest and told me it needed a new motor at $1000 or a new garage door opener at $1300. Matthew is very honest and he just said it needed to be reprogrammed. The opener was approximately 2 years old. Since it was under the 5 year warranty period he didn't charge me for the service and the opener works great. I want to thank you for your honesty and your great service, I will call you again when I need more work done.
