I set the appointment early in the morning. The service responded right away. The technician arrived earlier than the slated time and the customer service was impeccable!!!! The tech even explained what work would most likely be needed in the future. I'm going to say don't call them if you just want " good enough" Good service costs and I will pay for it every time if the service was /is what I received today

Bachir came over on a Saturday afternoon to fix the LiftMaster unit in my garage. Hi was not at the home during the repair, but the renters were. Bachir had clear communication re: repairs needed. He also clearly presented the options (with price points) and provided a heads up on worst case scenario/cost if something didn’t work. He also sent photos when I required clarity on parts/area of work. He then had my renter verify over the phone that everything was working accordingly. Appreciated that extra step as is it difficult when you cannot be on the property during a repair. It was great to have the problem addressed immediately without having to wait for Monday!

Called Precision due to issues with door not closing properly. Backhoe Ghatbi was our Technician who analyzed the problem and recommended a new closer motor. Backhoe did a superb job of explaining issues and problems with a 26 year old closer. He installed, tested and instructed how to use the new system, helped install app on phone and pared to car switch. I highly recommend Precision and Bachir for their speed in replying to my call as well as just a great service done.

After being told by a few companies that my garage door motor and remote were out of date and they could not replace a lost remote. I was told I needed a whole new system for a lot of money. I was then able to connect with a live person at precision, garage door service, who assured me that they could help me , What? Bashir Gharbi arrived within 30 minutes , took one look at our garage door motor and remaining remote and said he had replacement remotes in his truck. He brought out the last remote he had that matched our system, programmed it, and we now can have a remote in each of our cars. Bashir was professional, pleasant and tested the two remotes a few times for us. I highly recommend calling precision garage door service first before bothering with any other companies. DJ W.

Garage door broke late at night. This was the only company I found willing to come out to help. Midnight the repair man showed up. Alexander was polite, professional and efficient. Great experience. This is now my preferred company for all garage door repairs. Thank you.
