    Our garage door broke on Sunday afternoon, called Precision immediately and they answered promptly on a Sunday. They didn't have a tech available immediately (and apologized for that), but they book us for mid-morning on Monday. The tech actually called Monday morning saying he could be there slightly before the quoted window, which was even better. He worked quickly, explaining what had happened and how his proposed solution would fix it, gave us some different priced options, and wrapped everything up with great professionalism. None of the options were cheap, but part of why it broke in the first place was due to the original equipment being cheap and sub-standard. You get what you pay for on stuff like this.
