The installer was great. The equipment is a huge improvement over what we had. My only complaint is the pricing is wild. This little garage door service industry needs some transparency. It’s infuriating that they can’t offer any pricing guidelines or ballpark ranges. The fact that they can’t tell you that they don’t get out of bed for under a grand would just save us all a lot of stress. Fellow homeowners, I was quoted $3,400 for new springs, new belt driven opener and all new hardware except the track and door. Granted it was same day service backed by a large company that answers the phone… but for a two hour, one man job, it’s a hell of a markup. End of the day, jobs done, the guy was great… just wish the whole thing was more transparent.

Paul Brinkman was our tech. He called to give us a heads-up on his ETA. Once at the building he performed a thorough inspection of our garage door and the motor. He also showed us how to access the MyQ app.

Our Garage technician arrived on time explained everything that our Garage Door needed was extremely professional and spent time with me. Job was well done and it was very clear. He cleaned up after himself outstanding service five stars.

Precision Garage Door’s service technician was prompt and evaluated my garage door’s issues and he was ready with all the parts required to repair the door. He provided a list and cost breakdown of all the parts that needed to be replaced. He was organized, knowledgeable and completed the job within two hours.
