Today was a great day, it did not start that way, my spring on the garage door snapped, and of course I was over the top. But I remembered I had used Precision before, I called and Austin came to replace the springs, during our discussion he indicated that the old opener was 20 years old, and that springs break. I asked about new openers and he explained the latest variety. As he fixed the spring I asked more questions and he explained everything to my satisfaction, he was straight forward and polite. I was extremely impressed with Austin, his work was fast clean, no mess and he knew what he was doing, I bought a new opener and was very satisfied with the performance of the door and the company. Great job Austin and Precision Door.

Our garage door opener hardware failed and our cars were trapped in our garage. We have a solid wood, very heavy garage door and couldn't lift it so appreciated Precision able to send a team within 24 hours to fix. They are very knowledgeable, gave us options, and ultimately fixed our hardware and set us up with hardware that will last many years. Had new springs installed by Precision Door less than 6 months ago. Now they will no longer support door. Technician charged me $220 to adjust sprints (15 minutes and no parts). Disappointed.

Found Precision Door on the diamond certified site. Friendly and quick response. Got a new garage door opener. Very pleased with service and product. Only issue was the price range given over the phone of $350-$800 was way off from the range given to me by the serviceman of $670-$900. Buyer beware.

The technician Cory you sent to my house was 5 Star. He was knowledge and efficient in getting my garage door operating properly.
