He included myself in determining a plan and clarified my options. He finished the repair and cleaned the area before leaving. The repair cost was reasonable. Paul did a great job identifying the problem and resolving in less then 1.5 hours. He was able to quickly fix our garage door which would close due to what I thought was a bad roller. Unfortunately the garage door itself was bending in the middle. So he advised adding two brackets and upgrading the springs. Problem solved! He was very professional and worked without any problems.
