I called Precision because I backed into the bottom panel on the door. A technician was out in an hour!!! Soukie Sing was polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was able to get the door closed. He ordered the replacement panel and serviced the hardware when I asked him to since he was already here. I’m glad I chose Precision Garage Doors when I was looking to replace the original door. I recommend them highly.

Our 36-year old, heavy, solid wood garage door had been getting more difficult to open and close (no opener attached). So when the spring broke over the weekend, it was time to get the door overhauled. I settled on Precision Garage Doors because they were local, had an A+ BBB rating, great reviews and coupons. It was very easy to book an appointment online - I got one the same day. During the appointment selection process I missed the point where I could insert what my door issues were, so I called the office. The person who answered was friendly, helpful, and passed my info along to the technician. I received text messages confirming my appointment window, and letting me know I would be notified when the technician was on the way. The technician, Anthony Lopez, called me an hour or so before my appointment window to let me know he had finished up the job prior to mine and wanted to know if I would like him to come early. I was ready to get it done. Anthony arrived, checked out the work I needed, and gave me five options for replacing the springs and tune-up/maintenance options. I made my selection and Anthony got to work. The door works great now. Anthony was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was great helping me decide which maintenance option to go with, efficiently completed the work, and cleaned up the area. Anthony made sure the springs he left us with were the best to easily open the door, which meant he changed the springs he first installed because the door was still heavy to open. As a senior, I really appreciated the extra effort. Thank you, Anthony!
