The tension spring at the top broke today and a short two hours later repairman SOUKIE SING arrived. Prior to arrival he called with an ETA so we were able to be ready for him. And this was on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! He worked quickly and was very skilled, friendly and professional. He also pointed out the torn door seal and we had him replace that as well.
