From the very beginning with a phone call to Precision Garage Door for a new garage door opener, I spoke with a very professional lady who got all my info and scheduled a tech to come out. She's very knowledgeable and informative when I asked her about the new garage door opener! Then Luigi Lopez, the tech showed up promptly and explained very clearly what I needed and throughly inspected my garage door. I had Luigi install the high end garage door opener and replace the rollers on the garage door. He's the best!!! He cleaned my garage door on the inside and left his work space cleaner than when he arrived!! I was so impressed, all the garbage was gone, I've never had anyone come to my home and do work and leave the area better than it was!!! He throughly explained how everything works and made sure I understood how the new garage door opener works!!! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, very professional, kind, and friendly.

Last Sunday June 28th I had an issue with my garage door and contacted Precision since they were available on Sunday evening and had good reviews. From my first call I felt that their customer service was on point. The receptionist advised me that a technician would be contacting me with an ETA, in which he did. Paul called me and told me he was on his way and arrived ahead of schedule. He was up Front with the pricing and I agreed. Paul fixed my issue very fast and he asked if it was ok for him to make a recommendation of updating my garage door opener system, which I had already started researching prior to my problem. He explained to me what it would entail and the cost. I liked the system he was suggesting and he said he can do it while he was there. Paul spent the next few hours installing my system and I gotta say I was so impressed by not only thr system but his service. He was very knowledgeable and he walked me through everything so i could be comfortable using it. Not to mention that he was at my house until late making sure it was installed correctly and that I became familiar with it. His service was outstanding and I would definitely ask for him again! The system I got was the Liftmaster with built in camera and Q connectivity. I love it!

Garage door needed repair. Looked worse than what it was Soukie was honest and fixed it instead of selling me on replacing. Gave me some maintenance tips on my specific brand.

Jose arrived and within a short time was able to diagnose and repair the issues. Super friendly and thorough. Problem solved. Would definitely recommend PGDs services.
