Wow what a positive experience we just had with Rodney! He gave us a 45 minutes heads up, and then a call 5 minutes prior to arriving. Within minutes he gave us all of our options and allowed us to comfortably make the decision that best suited our daily needs and budget. He was done within 20 minutes and was so friendly and kind. What is there not to love about Precision? We’ve always had a great experience. It’s great to call a company, especially on the weekend and speak to a live person who is pleasant and helpful. I called Sunday morning and Paul Brinkman, our service tech came out a few hours later. He gave us a courtesy call letting us know he was on the way. Paul was prompt, professional and efficient. He was thorough, took the time to explain the repairs and replaced the backup battery to our garage door which had been beeping for days. Paul Brinkman was very professional. Showed up on time. Fixed the original issue and additionally fixed 2 broken hinges at reasonable cost.

My spring broke, they had appointments available within 2 hours. I think they said they were open til 11pm, and there was no after hours or weekend charge. My tech, Patrick, called 30 minutes out and arrived 12 minutes into the 4 hour time frame. He inspected it, made some recommendations, and got everything done in about an hour. New spring, bearings and spindle, $870. I was very happy with the outcome.
