The installer was great. The equipment is a huge improvement over what we had. My only complaint is the pricing is wild. This little garage door service industry needs some transparency. It’s infuriating that they can’t offer any pricing guidelines or ballpark ranges. The fact that they can’t tell you that they don’t get out of bed for under a grand would just save us all a lot of stress. Fellow homeowners, I was quoted $3,400 for new springs, new belt driven opener and all new hardware except the track and door. Granted it was same day service backed by a large company that answers the phone… but for a two hour, one man job, it’s a hell of a markup. End of the day, jobs done, the guy was great… just wish the whole thing was more transparent.

Paul Brinkman was our tech. He called to give us a heads-up on his ETA. Once at the building he performed a thorough inspection of our garage door and the motor. He also showed us how to access the MyQ app.

Paul did a great job identifying the problem and resolving in less then 1.5 hours. He was able to quickly fix our garage door which would close due to what I thought was a bad roller. Unfortunately the garage door itself was bending in the middle. So he advised adding two brackets and upgrading the springs. Problem solved! He was very professional and worked without any problems.

Precision garage door always does a fantastic job. The service was efficient and friendly. My springs broke yesterday and were replaced today amazingly. The garage door was adjusted perfectly. I am very happy with fixes door and yhe job that was done. Thank you!!!!

Called ahead, was punctual, polite and efficient. Replaced garage door springs on a Sunday. I talked to a live human on Saturday at 5pm!
