I made an appointment and the representative showed up as scheduled. Received the estimate and made an appointment to have the work done within a two day period. The garage door and all parts were great & work super great. All contacts with the company staff were great. The service we experienced was positive.

We had a great experience with Paul B! He reprogrammed our garage door, replaced our rollers, and was very nice and explained everything very well.

For the service, the workmanship, and the professionalism, I give Precision Garage Doors 5-stars! For the price of their services and goods, I give them two stars, if that. So, I averaged it out to 4-stars. But remember that there is a difference, this 4-star rating does not apply to everything equally. This is not the first company which serviced my garage door in the past two years. Precision Garage Doors is heads and shoulders above the other one in terms of the quality of the work they did. But also, they are more than twice as expensive! You could say, with some justification, that you get what you paid for. But even keeping that in mind, I feel I overpaid a lot. I can see that they might be able to charge twice as much for labor, but the same should not apply to parts.

Paul, was AWESOME & FUNNY. Super Nice and knew what he was talking about. After a minute or 2, he knew exactly what was wrong, gave us options and Fixed everything super quick. Saved his number cause I'll ONLY use him from now on. THANK YOU PAUL!
