Had an Emergency and Precision Garage Door Of San Jose Stood TALL. I called at nearly 10PM Thursday Night and someone actually answered the phone??? Say What. That was a Good start so far. Now. For the Service. Friday afternoon Paul Brinkman Rolled in, he was our Service Technician, Totally awesome he was, had a sense of Humor, and got right to work. He knew what he was doing, I could tell that right away. First Paul gave the BAD NEW'S, The estimate..... 2 Springs, 3 Bearings, 1 Residential Drum Kit, service charge With Discount Applied and I Damned near Dropped DEAD. We had no choice, and Paul Explained the what's and what If's, So we went with it and Paul did a Fantastic Job. I didn't realize what happened to Garage Door Repairs Since COVID19. And what a JOKE, but ya know what???? What are ya gonna do???? Paul had Nothing to do with the Pricing, but His work was absolutely Stellar, Impeccable as it were, nothing short of Perfection, The way I would have done it if I was able to do so. Thanks to Paul Brinkman, and Precision Garage door Of San Jose for the Customer Service you Provided us when we needed it Most!!!!! The Cost of Doing Business these Day's has SHOCKED us Homeowners. Thanks to Paul, the PAIN was nearly Bearable. The Garage Door is Operating much Quieter / Smoother than it was, and is set for another 20 Years of Service Free Operation. (We Hope).... COST For this Service?? $1200.00 +. And they wanted ($400.00) More for the Bottom Door Seal???? Which I did not Do!! Very Pricy, But Great Service.

Thank you so much for sending Paul Brinkman to my home to service my garage door. Paul was detailed in explaining what was needed to repair the garage door. Paul explained the three options in detail that were available to do the repairs. He explained all the directions as to how to operate the new garage opener.
