At 4:00 in the afternoon my garage door failed. I was unable to open or close it. I called a couple different companies and was told I’d have to wait at least until tomorrow. I was desperate. I called Precision Garage Doors and they were able to send a technician out the same w. Patrick was awesome. He came out and assessed my situation and gave me the choice to select three different options. After explaining the how and why it failed I decided to take his recommendation to replace the rollers with new ones. He also replaced the bearings and after further discussion I decided to have him install a brand new garage door opener. What blew my mind was that he had everything he needed to do both. He worked non stop until 8:00 PM and now I can open and close my garage door with an app he helped us download. I highly recommend Percision garage doors to anyone that needs any kind of work done on something as necessary as a garage door repair or replacement. I can’t say enough about this company. Great service, excellent technicians at a great price. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again. 😊

An all around excellent experience with a very professional company. Our technician Aaron Butcher is highly experienced and is wonderful to work with. He explained every detail about our new garage door opener and springs. He was very honest and communicated clearly with us about how to maintain our new opener and when to service the unit and garage door parts. He further was patient with us and was very clear with the options we had and the costs involved. Despite the conditions of 110 degrees in our garage he was methodical in installing our unit. Very fair pricing and new factory parts. My husband and I are very pleased with Precision and their terrific employee Aaron Butcher. He clearly explained all the options without pressuring me into anything, once done - he made sure everything was properly set up, and walked me through using the app. He even blew the leaves out of my garage before leaving!
