Precision Garage Door provided an excellent service with detailed explanation of what need to be serviced and replaced instead of just convincing me jto replace the garage door opener.

Ready for a trip the cable on my garage door came off the spool on both sides, locking my door a foot and a half off the ground. The bottom panel was damaged and warped where the cable attached. Being a last-minute emergency, I had a friend call a different company to come in close the door. They did so, but said I would need a new garage door due to all the damage to the panel the tracks and the cables I called Precision garage door for a new door quote and Paul Brinkman came the next day. He took a look at all the damage and said he could fix it instead, and save me a ton of money.. I was a bit skeptical due to all the different damaged components. But after going through each problem, one at a time, I could tell he was the expert that could actually do the job. Fast forward a few hours after some new parts, like springs, cables, and rollers, and some fixing of existing parts and adjustments, the door was opening like a hot knife through butter. We had Caleb W. troubleshoot our garage door because it was making an awful sound when opening and closing. He is very professional, on time, able to troubleshoot the problem and knowledgeable of his products. The installation went quickly and efficiently. Presentation of product operation, equipment set up and software applications were performed very well. Caleb and the company are worth 5 stars.

Had an issue with our door opening halfway, set an appt online and they were here same day. Caleb was great, did a thorough review of the issue, found the problem and we ultimately needed to get a new opener. He did an awesome job with the install, got everything set up quickly and went above and beyond to make sure it was all dialed in. 10/10 would recommend
