Nathaniel was the technician and he did a great job of replacing all peripherals on my 20 yo garage door including the motor. He also helped me program the car and new motor to the camera; and it also came with an external keypad as well as MyQ ready! He was pleasant and professional which goes a long way. I called late on Saturday and they were available Sunday which is fantastic because it was a weekend. I will certainly continue doing business with Precision.
