Fixed everything!

This review is for SOUKIE SING. We had issue with our garage door opener. Soukie was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and explained the issue to the customer and was very kind and polite throughout the service. He helped to replace opener and the springs and verify everything functions as expected. Service was very fast to schedule and on-time. Highly recommend their service.

The service requested initially was to get our iPhones and existing door opener activators to work. Upon arriving consistent with his prior phone call, the Precision garage door technician did a quick inspection of our garage door and identified several issues. We had an annual service of our garage door a week ago, and none of the issues identified by the Precision technician were identified during the prior annual service. The Precision technician demonstrated to me the service issues that he had identified, and based on his demonstration I authorized his recommendations and cost estimate for the work. Within 2 hours he got all the service completed and demonstrated to my wife and me the difference in the performance of the garage door opener with the completed services. He told us of the warranty for the services he had performed, and demonstrated to us that our iPhones and existing door opener activators were now functional. We will be using Precision Garage Door for all of our future garage door inspections and service!

One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke at an inopportune time. I was able to schedule a repair with Precision the next afternoon! Michael, the service technician who was assigned to my repair, arrived at my home on time within the scheduled time block. I especially liked being notified when he was on his way, and having the ability to track his progress on my phone via a link provided by Precision. Michael was friendly, professional, and a skilled technician. He quickly inspected my garage door and offered a couple of different repair options. He did not try to hard-sell additional parts or services above what was necessary to complete the repair option I chose. He had all the necessary parts on hand to complete the repair. He worked quickly and efficiently and finished the repair sooner than I expected. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. I’d give them 5 stars all day!
