Our garage door was serviced by Paul. He arrived on time and quickly assessed our issues. We replaced an old Genie opener with a Liftmaster. He also replaced the springs and the rollers. His attention to detail, and perseverance to get the door running smoothly were commendable. The quote was higher than I expected, but maybe you get what you pay for.

I contacted Precision about my old garage door and they sent out Soukie Sing fix it. He arrived in the time frame allotted and was quick and thorough. He determined the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. Since the garage door opener was almost 40 years old, we talked about options for replacing it and it gave me some good suggestions. Mario and the team were fantastic. During installation of new springs, he recognized they weren’t correct for the weight of the door and came back a few days later to install the correct ones. True dedication to the outcome and great service. Would highly recommended them!
