We backed. the car out too soon and the car hit the bottom of the garage door causing one of the rollers off the track. As a result, the garage door could no longer to be closed. Called thr Prission Garage Door in the evening and was told a tech will come between 10 am and 2 pm next day. Actually, a tech came the next day at 10 am. Fixed the problem in 30 minutes! The tech was very polite and knowledgeable.

One day he forgot it, had no way into the house, and I literally had to climb the fence to get inside. Don’t let this happen to you! I finally got on the ball and called Precision the day after New Year’s around 4pm — a real person answered the phone right away. I explained the situation, and they had Paul at my dad’s house by 10am the very next morning! Paul was professional, kind, and efficient. He fixed the keypad, made sure everything worked perfectly, and helped us add an extra garage opener so the dog walker and house cleaners now have easy access too. I’m honestly mad at myself for not handling this sooner — Paul made the whole process so easy and stress-free. And I’m very relieved to say I will no longer have to scale a fence. Highly recommend.
