At 4:00 in the afternoon my garage door failed. I was unable to open or close it. I called a couple different companies and was told I’d have to wait at least until tomorrow. I was desperate. I called Precision Garage Doors and they were able to send a technician out the same w. Patrick was awesome. He came out and assessed my situation and gave me the choice to select three different options. After explaining the how and why it failed I decided to take his recommendation to replace the rollers with new ones. He also replaced the bearings and after further discussion I decided to have him install a brand new garage door opener. What blew my mind was that he had everything he needed to do both. He worked non stop until 8:00 PM and now I can open and close my garage door with an app he helped us download. I highly recommend Percision garage doors to anyone that needs any kind of work done on something as necessary as a garage door repair or replacement. I can’t say enough about this company. Great service, excellent technicians at a great price. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again. 😊

Noticed my garage door was out of alignment so called Precision Garage Door. They came out the same day and did detailed inspection. Miles the tech showed me how bad my cables had deteriorated and explained that if on broke that side of the door would come down. And I would have to replace the whole door. Also the rod and spring were very old, 1998 to be exact. So while he had to dismantle that area anyway let's just replace now before the spring breaks. And I had that happen at another house I live at. So Miles hot to work and never got frustrated because the door was a little different than most. Miles was calm, polite giving updates. He never once thought about giving up. It was a difficult job to say the least. Even though I spent more than I was originally going to spend in the long run it saved me a lot more if I had to replace to hole door. Prevention and maintenance. Thank you Miles for being so dedicated. Presicion is lucky to have such a hard and dedicated worker. Thank you.
