We contacted Precision based on reviews on the internet, I was able to make appt on line, briefly state the problem and choose my block of time for appt……the very next day. Michael came right on time, got down to business was very straightforward about the problems and options for fixing the door. He was in and out in a couple hours, he was honest about what needed to be done and the best is his attitude towards his work and the company was so positive! Very refreshing! I recommend precision garage Door for repairs on your door!

Soukie did an excellent job repairing several issues w my garage door while explaining what was a priority and where I might be able to hold off for a bit on certain items. Very helpful to prioritize and get the most essential repairs done now. He was the perfect combo of excellent communication, professional, friendly. Highly recommend.

For the service, the workmanship, and the professionalism, I give Precision Garage Doors 5-stars! For the price of their services and goods, I give them two stars, if that. So, I averaged it out to 4-stars. But remember that there is a difference, this 4-star rating does not apply to everything equally. This is not the first company which serviced my garage door in the past two years. Precision Garage Doors is heads and shoulders above the other one in terms of the quality of the work they did. But also, they are more than twice as expensive! You could say, with some justification, that you get what you paid for. But even keeping that in mind, I feel I overpaid a lot. I can see that they might be able to charge twice as much for labor, but the same should not apply to parts.
