I had Paul from Precision Garage Door come to my house for a door repair. They did a thorough inspection and complete repair in one visit. They were courteous and efficient. The door works perfectly. This service was top notch!

The installer was great. The equipment is a huge improvement over what we had. My only complaint is the pricing is wild. This little garage door service industry needs some transparency. It’s infuriating that they can’t offer any pricing guidelines or ballpark ranges. The fact that they can’t tell you that they don’t get out of bed for under a grand would just save us all a lot of stress. Fellow homeowners, I was quoted $3,400 for new springs, new belt driven opener and all new hardware except the track and door. Granted it was same day service backed by a large company that answers the phone… but for a two hour, one man job, it’s a hell of a markup. End of the day, jobs done, the guy was great… just wish the whole thing was more transparent.

Travis and Param were amazing. My garage door broke last night, and even though it was late, they scheduled me immediately and showed up first thing this morning. They diagnosed the issue, and walked me through all the repairs step by step. They replaced my torsion springs, rollers, and a rusted tube, and made sure my remotes were programmed before they left. They were patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. As a fellow veteran, I appreciated their respect and care. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you both!
