Praise to Brandon Brooks!!! He is my new go to guy! I struggled for a few years trying to find a good replacement for Jerry(my old go to guy) from the company. Brandon is a skilled technician, and if you are keen, you just know. Fixed ongoing issue quickly that was garage door bouncing back up. You gotta deal with a little trial and error because there are some techs that really could use more training and do more talking than actual solving.
