My car was held hostage in my garage 😑 the door would only a couple inches. Called Precision garage door and they came out that afternoon. Paul Brinkman was professional and explained the problem and all repair options. I couldn't be happier with the result. Great job.

Ready for a trip the cable on my garage door came off the spool on both sides, locking my door a foot and a half off the ground. The bottom panel was damaged and warped where the cable attached. Being a last-minute emergency, I had a friend call a different company to come in close the door. They did so, but said I would need a new garage door due to all the damage to the panel the tracks and the cables I called Precision garage door for a new door quote and Paul Brinkman came the next day. He took a look at all the damage and said he could fix it instead, and save me a ton of money.. I was a bit skeptical due to all the different damaged components. But after going through each problem, one at a time, I could tell he was the expert that could actually do the job. Fast forward a few hours after some new parts, like springs, cables, and rollers, and some fixing of existing parts and adjustments, the door was opening like a hot knife through butter.
