Had garage door problems at 9 pm. Called Precision Garage Door Services. The best they could do was between 8-12 next. Ryan appeared at our house at 8, saw what the problem was and fixed it immediately. He was very professional and very efficient. He was a pleasure to work with. I called late Sunday evening because the spring on my Garage door broke and I couldn't get it opened. I texted Precision door and got an answer right away and was able to get an appointment the next morning between 10am and 12 noon. This morning I got a call saying they would be here a few minutes late. The really good thing was when they got here they assessed the problem, let me know what the best way to fix it was and I told them to do what the best option was and let's get it done. 30 minutes later I was up and running. GREAT JOB PERCISION GARAGE DOORS OF HOUSTON.

We had our garage door spring snap on a Friday evening. I called Precision on Saturday morning and was given a Sunday morning appointment. The tech Ryan Joyce arrived promptly on time and had also given me a call about 15mins before arrival. Once arrived, he quickly inspected the situation and gave me my repair options. At no point did he seem pushy on going for the expensive choice and was honest in his recommendations. Once I selected the option, he was very quick and thorough with his work. Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend to others.
