Precision Garage Door of Houston came out on a Sunday. Diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. Miguel M., the technician, was very kind and professional. He went over the options with me to make the needed repairs, the costs, etc. I made a decision to have him install a NEW opener, After the install, he went over all of the various points of the door maintenance, grease and adjust them. The opener is better than when it was new. He also took the time to connect the new door remotes and even helped me connect with the app, so I can operate the opener with my phone via the MyQ app. Job well done Miguel. Thank you for a professional install and the great customer service.

David Rodriguez did a phenomenal job installing my jack shaft garage opener, he was able to work and explain stuff to me about new opener. He also replaced my torsion springs on the previous visit and was giving me insights on different kinds of springs and recommending me what I should go with.
