Precision Garage Door Service Of Tomball

Precision did a great job for me repairing my damaged garage door. Their reception service was professional. Keeping me well informed. Their documentation was professional. They came out late on a Saturday of a holiday weekend (Labor Day) as well. I was in a pinch! Door was jammed open. See photo Technician David was outstanding. Smart, informative, competent and efficient. Price was reasonable and as-expected. Precision is now my “go to” garage door company. Other, past service provider wouldn’t come out on weekends.

Replaced my old model snapped chain with a new rail under 200! The inspection fee was waived since they have my parts right on the spot! I was a little worried if I got pay for the inspection fee but had to wait for days for the parts to be ordered and then get the garage door repaired. But the reception said they can fix 99% of small problems and they have my model parts, and the quote range sounds friendly and it’s on a Sunday afternoon! And Miguel showed up within 1 hr! He even replaced a broken hinge on the panel to make sure the door is safe to run! Also patiently explained their service and warranty to me. Kudos to the team! Already recommended to friends have garage doors!

Tommy Thatch did a great job installing our new Liftmaster Garage Door Opener, he came out on a Sunday and gave us a great quote. We liked it so well we had him install it immediately. We contacted several door opener companies on Saturday and Precision was the only one to respond the same day and scheduled a visit the next day. We had a Genie installed 8 months ago from a big box store so we could check if our door was open after we'd left.... and that never worked right. The Liftmaster is perfect.

I had an absolutely seamless experience with this company from start to finish. It was a refreshing pleasure to call and immediately speak to a real person rather than dealing with an automated system or AI. The communication was exemplary throughout the entire process. It’s one thing when you know the technician is on their way, but it’s a completely different customer service level when you are sent an actual bio, with a picture, of the person that will be coming to represent the company. David N., extremely knowledgeable, arrived right on time, conducted himself with total professionalism, and delivered top-tier quality work. Finding an honest, reliable company with this level of genuine customer service is rare. I highly recommend them! Thanks David!

Miguel Martinez is an absolute rockstar! He came out to my home, and he was immediately able to diagnose the issue that we were having with our garage door. Miguel made the repairs with no problems, and he was extremely professional! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!
