My tension spring broke and I was scheduled for the afternoon. Andrew Kubsch came out and he was amazing. He explained all the options to me and was open to answering all my questions when it came to a lot of random garage questions (proper lubrication, value of insulating door, benefits of upgrading door). He finished doing all the work in about 90 minutes including helping to fix some wiring that was done somewhat sloppily. If you get Andrew as your tech, you are in good hands.

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors. The service tech came out the afternoon that we called, assessed the garage door system, and determined that our safety sensors were going out, so he replaced them. The best part is he did under our existing warranty. But in his inspection of the garage door, he told us that the main spring was weakening and might need replaced so we had to make an appointment with another service tech who came out the next day. After assessing the situation, the second service tech told us that all he needed to do was to adjust the spring, which he was going to do under our existing warranty. This is actually kind of unheard of these days, so this is why I am highly rating Precision Garage Doors, and I would recommend them to anybody who reads this review.
