The technician, Andrew, arrived on schedule and quickly assessed the problem and provided a solution. He had been to our home on a prior occasion to replace the springs on our garage door. He’s always friendly and professional. We’re happy with his work.

Our old garage door was installed when the house was built 20 years ago. It had been bumped with a car, so every time it was raised fully, it would sag where it was bumped and bent. I searched for companies to replace my garage door, and I came across Precision, so I scheduled a time for them to come give me a replacement estimate. They arrived promptly, and gave me an estimate. It was more than we wanted to pay, so they revised the estimate and got it to where we could afford it. We chose the enhanced solution, which came with new tracks, a new motor, and new garage door panels. I couldn't be happier with the installation. The door is so quiet now. Plus, we have an outdoor control panel so I can open the door without having to come inside first. Also, the motor is connected to our Wi-Fi, so I can control the door from anywhere with an app on my phone! When the installation was finished, they cleaned up and removed anything from the old door. I am a very satisfied customer of Precision Garage Door. I would recommend them for any garage door replacement that you have.
