It was almost dark when Ryan Joyce came to our house as planned. After he explained about 2 garage door openers, I decided to get the Liftmaster 6580L. He was quite knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He had the unit in his vehicle and replaced the old Liftmaster opener in a very short time. He programmed the remotes but he had problem pairing home links of 2 cars. He came back on Monday and contacted Liftmaster support for the home link issue. It turned out that the home link in my 2 cars need upgraded version to work with the new Liftmaster with advanced security. Decided to keep the new Liftmaster instead of getting the older version of Liftmaster. Ryan is friendly and customer focused. I am quite happy.

Easy to call and get service within 15 hours. Completed and fixed at that point. Ordered new door, when the door came in , and it was a short turn around ,they made appt, came and installed. Took old garage door so no clean up or worry for me. The new door is perfect and no noise! Every time I open or shut my door it is like….laaaa 🥰!!!
