Absolutely terrible experience. Was given a quote that was astronomical. We need a functioning door so paid. After things were “fixed” I was told our door still didn’t work and we needed a new motor that’s as upwards of $800 more dollars. So now we have a door that according to the tech “works great” that we can only manually open. Used those exact words. Over a thousand dollars for a still non functioning door. Would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone ever. Extremely upset and still have a broken door and out over a thousand dollars. Tech was rude and even was leaving without shutting the door. I’m very pregnant and asked if I was expected to manually close the door myself? I cannot say enough about how dissatisfied I am with this service.

When the garage door company we usually use never gave me a call back, we reached out to Precision Door. Our call was answered immediately and they set us up for the next day, which was Sunday. Our technician, David, showed up on time and worked very quickly. His knowledge and efficiency made our garage door fix a very stress free one. Unfortunately for the other company, whom we've used on numerous occasions, has lost a customer and Precision Door has gained a new one. We highly recommend.

The technician handled the garage door with care and explained steps and all the moving parts. The technician made the adjustments explaining why and how. Not only did the technician make proper adjustments but found something very minor impeding the movement and corrected it. I not only felt this technician was very experienced and knowledgeable but had a great customer service demeanor. Making good conversation and good instructions about my garage door. The proof was in how well the door worked when he was finished. I will definitely call Precision for anything else with my garage door and I will request the same technician.

Called for service they responded within an hour. Vincent Dartez did the inspection and discussed with me what needed to be done. Before repairs were started he explained the cost. When agreed, he started and within 45 minutes the springs were replaced and garage door is working as it should. Exceptional service from start to finish. Will use them again.
