Marlon was fantastic and they were able to come the same day. It too him only a couple minutes to identify what needed to be done, and he was gone in less than 30 mins. The way the track was rattling affected the sensors lining up, and that's not something YouTube University showed me how to fix on my own.

This is my 2nd time using Precision. 1st time 5 stars. My appt today was set for between 8am and 10am. At 10:42, no one had arrived or called. As I was speaking with rep on the phone, the repair person called and said he should arrive in about an hour. No apology for being 3 hours late. When he arrived, still no apology for being late. My time is important too. All that being said, he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Would have been 5 stars with a call that he was running late or a simple apology.
