AMAZING! There are not enough stars to give. From my initial call and speaking with their front office for assistance to scheduling, professional service all the way around. The tech that came to the house was friendly, professional, and just a good person. He provided so much information and did a superb job at making sure we were take care of. He even found an issue that could have cost of thousands of dollars down the road. You can bet we will be Precision Door customers from now on. Brian our tech will be the person we request.

Nur watts and David Nelson came out and adjusted my garage door springs. They were very knowledgeable and help me understand the mechanics of the system. I would definitely recommend them. Also precision door service was very professional and got the job done quickly.

The main door spring broke late Saturday evening. Early Sunday morning after checking Angi’s List and my own online search, I called Precision Doors for help in Magnolia. A coupla hours later, Dave S was here, the springs replaced, two doors tuned up and working fine! Dave is pleasant, friendly and professional, an asset to the company. The cost was a little steep, but not so bad for that kind of service early on a Sunday morning.

Bryan Medina came to check out our situation. He did a good job of explaining to us what we needed. We needed a whole new garage door with upgraded hardware. The order was placed on monday, put up on tuesday. Josue Blanco and helper did a good job putting it all together. They were real polite and helpful, especially when my husband was bothering them with questions. We would definately use your service again.

I was impressed that a service call was scheduled the same day that I called (2/5/20). Ryan Zeller was on time and was quick to give his assessment of the issue I was having. He suggested several services that he felt needed to be done but I opted to have just a couple of them done. I knew I would be subject to the $49.95 trip charge which I had no issues with. I was NOT made aware of the $140 Residential Hourly charge, the $69.95 Preventive Maintenance and $79.95 Opener Diagnostics charges. Those charges should have been explained before the work started.Ryan did a good job-I just felt some of the charges were excessive and should have been explained upfront. ! 2/28/20: I spoke to Rick (Ryan's Manager) and we discussed the service call and charges. He was able to give me a $65 refund on some of the work that was done. I was pleased with that. As mentioned earlier, I felt that these charges should have been explained a little better prior to the work being done. Overall, I felt Ryan did a good job of servicing our garage door and I would probably use Precision again in the future.

One of our garage door openers was beginning to malfunction and then stopped working completely one afternoon. I called Precision and Dave came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem and came back that afternoon with all the parts to complete the repair. Very quick and competent service. I highly recommend this company for repair or replacement of any component of your gargage door opening system.
