I needed help on the weekend and you were very efficient, courteous and helpful. I was given a time and then you called back and said that you could come earlier if that was convenient for me and I certainly appreciated that since for most of us when we have a garage door problem it’s a security problem as well. The gentleman who came was helpful and very efficient. I did find the charge a bit high as it took him 20 minutes to do something that cost me $599.

The technician, Andrew, arrived on schedule and quickly assessed the problem and provided a solution. He had been to our home on a prior occasion to replace the springs on our garage door. He’s always friendly and professional. We’re happy with his work.

This review is going to sound over-the-top, but I have to say that I am extremely happy with Ryan, and Precision Garage Door service! Y’all know how it goes when you have someone come and give you an estimate, and then after the job is completed, it ends up costing more than they said it would? Well, that didn’t happen. In fact, absolutely every single thing went perfectly! Amazing, professional, friendly service, right down to the smallest detail. I’ve given good reviews before, and there have been several times that I’ve been very happy about the service I have received from various businesses, but this was the most impressed I’ve ever been with any business. I hadn’t even heard of this place until two days ago, but I will be calling them from now on for any kind of Garage Door service.
