Everything happened as detailed from dispatch. Andrew K. called while in route and 30 minutes out. After accessing my situation he gave me 4 options with 4 different prices. All options were within the price ranges I had expected. Once I gave him the greenlight he was able knock out and fix the four points of failure within the hour. Andrew was very communicative and informative. I couldn't have asked for a more professional technician to invite into my home.

Andrew K was the technician that installed a garage door for me. A huge concern was the safety of my spouse when the power goes out, being able to get in the house during bad storms, if you’re from Houston, you know. Andrew recommended the product for that, which came with a battery back up so If power ever goes out she can get in safely and dry. It also has security cameras and Alexa built in.
