Jeff came out today and was fantastic. He diagnosed what was going on, explained to me all the options I had and fixed the issues with my garage quickly. He was extremely personable and I noticed after he left that he even cleaned out all the leaves from the garage! Couldn’t as for better service. Precision will continue to get my services going forward!

I was very impressed with Jeffrey B. as a service technician. I was totally disinchanted with the Precision Doors regular pricing of simple components of the Liftmaster systems. For example: $80 for a pair of brackets to hold some low tech sensors?? I appreciated the coupon for the "no charge" evaluation, which was excellently given by the technician. But I still ended up paying $107.28 for a pair of old used sensors he happened to have on hand and graciously offered that at least the sensing capability was somewhat better than what was presently installed.

I called Precision for an estimate on a new garage door. They sent a specialized technician that weekend, Ryan Murphy. Ryan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and down to Earth. He went over the different options within my budget, was very patient, and gave me time to think over my decision. After getting quotes from another company, I decided to go with Precision. Although it is a bit more expensive (~5-10% more), I feel conident in the quality of the parts and service I am getting with Precision. I highly recommend you ask for Ryan Murphy if you call for an estimate, he's very helpful, won't pressure you, and is extremely knowledgeable. Installation Edit: Julian and Shemar came to install my new garage door this weekend. They arrived promptly and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Installation was clean, however there was an issue with the invoice. I ordered 2 powder coated springs, however only 1 was given from the warehouse. Julian explained that with the door I ordered, I'd only need 1 spring for the door to function properly, but he stated he understands why I would want 2 springs. He very very helpful and suggested I call about scheduling a time for the installation of the second spring. The next day, Ryan called me in the morning and scheduled a time to come to install the second spring. I am very happy with the quick turnaround and response, and give props to Julian, Shemar, and Ryan for their professionalism and timing. Additionally, I spoke to Denise over the phone at customer service and she was very helpful and understanding to my situation. Overall, I recommend Precision. They may be a bit more expensive, but what you get what you pay for— and in this case peace of mind and timeliness is invaluable.
