Text and phone call communication around technician’s arrival was perfect. Our technician Jeffrey B was fantastic… friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. A true professional… can’t say enough good things about him. I honestly believe his repair/installation work is better than when we originally installed our garage doors.

The technician, Josh Giron, could not have been more helpful or polite. No pressure, just professionalism. The repairs included the spring and cables; it was done in good time. The pricing I cannot judge, but it was considerably more than in 2000 when I last had it done and seemed to be in a high bracket. As they say "You get what you pay for". To sum up, service left nothing to be desired, notifications literally kept me informed about every step Josh took until he got here. Sometimes less is more but who is to judge.
