I called Precision between 6:30 and 7:00pm on a weekday and got a real person on the phone that quickly assessed our emergency situation and scheduled a technician to come next day (1st thing) - Francisco arrived within the time frame and was completely professional. He explained with patience each part of the process of purchasing a new garage door and went into detail of the options that were available to me. This was a call for an estimate to replace 2 garage doors (approx 25 years old). Ricardo was prompt, courteous & VERY efficient - He explained your product and installation process in great detail, gave me your brochure and answered all my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge & efficiency. Since I live in condo complex - any outside replacements need to be approved by simple majority - I am actually ready to go forward BUT need to wait for Association approval.

Set up appointment and Francisco arrived within designated time - calling in advance to confirm he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and after discussing repair/replace options, costs and warranties, I decided to replace my 20 year old opener with a new belt door opener. What a way to start the day. Get ready to leave for work and SNAP!!!. The wire let go on the garage door and couldn't get the door to lift up. Called Precision Door Service; Customer Service was able to send a service technician out first thing as my car was in the garage and I needed to get to work. Justin came out; assessed the problem; and put in a new bottom bracket; readjusted the spring and wire with 1/2 hour. Thank you Precision Door for your timely response and great technician.
