I initially had 1 request for a repair and he was able to quote me on the repair but also let me know the overall health of both my garage doors as well as provide quotes for the different options to replace them. My experience was great start to finish. An easy process to set up an online appointment, a call beforehand so I didn't have to wait all day, and our technician, Jeffrey, was fantastic. He told me what was wrong with our garage door opener, gave me different repair options and got everything back up and running in a short time. I was very impressed with Jeffrey B. as a service technician. I was totally disinchanted with the Precision Doors regular pricing of simple components of the Liftmaster systems. For example: $80 for a pair of brackets to hold some low tech sensors?? I appreciated the coupon for the "no charge" evaluation, which was excellently given by the technician. But I still ended up paying $107.28 for a pair of old used sensors he happened to have on hand and graciously offered that at least the sensing capability was somewhat better than what was presently installed.
