Jeff came out today and was fantastic. He diagnosed what was going on, explained to me all the options I had and fixed the issues with my garage quickly. He was extremely personable and I noticed after he left that he even cleaned out all the leaves from the garage! Couldn’t as for better service. Precision will continue to get my services going forward!

Ryan was fantastic. Called on a Sunday morning and had my broken door fixed and my other garage door updated by the afternoon on a Sunday. Ryan was helpful and informative and completed both doors in a couple of hours as stated. When he left, you would not have known both doors were serviced. Great job and thank you.

I initially had 1 request for a repair and he was able to quote me on the repair but also let me know the overall health of both my garage doors as well as provide quotes for the different options to replace them. My experience was great start to finish. An easy process to set up an online appointment, a call beforehand so I didn't have to wait all day, and our technician, Jeffrey, was fantastic. He told me what was wrong with our garage door opener, gave me different repair options and got everything back up and running in a short time.
