He called and asked to arrive early, was friendly and figured out the problem, its solution and the cost to the penny. Everything was completed in a half-hour without any debris. Would recommend Precision to any neighbor with a garage door problem, big or small.

I could not have been more impressed. Michael was professional and on time, my doors are beautiful and the installation was so well done. I would recommend this company fully. From the tech (Leo) who came out to diagnose our problem, to the folks I dealt with on the phone to the purchase and installation, the whole process was seamless. Great service and great products!
