I called Precision for an estimate on a new garage door. They sent a specialized technician that weekend, Ryan Murphy. Ryan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and down to Earth. He went over the different options within my budget, was very patient, and gave me time to think over my decision. After getting quotes from another company, I decided to go with Precision. Although it is a bit more expensive (~5-10% more), I feel conident in the quality of the parts and service I am getting with Precision. I highly recommend you ask for Ryan Murphy if you call for an estimate, he's very helpful, won't pressure you, and is extremely knowledgeable. Installation Edit: Julian and Shemar came to install my new garage door this weekend. They arrived promptly and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Installation was clean, however there was an issue with the invoice. I ordered 2 powder coated springs, however only 1 was given from the warehouse. Julian explained that with the door I ordered, I'd only need 1 spring for the door to function properly, but he stated he understands why I would want 2 springs. He very very helpful and suggested I call about scheduling a time for the installation of the second spring. The next day, Ryan called me in the morning and scheduled a time to come to install the second spring. I am very happy with the quick turnaround and response, and give props to Julian, Shemar, and Ryan for their professionalism and timing. Additionally, I spoke to Denise over the phone at customer service and she was very helpful and understanding to my situation. Overall, I recommend Precision. They may be a bit more expensive, but what you get what you pay for— and in this case peace of mind and timeliness is invaluable.

Gafur did a great job inspecting all 3 of our doors and letting us know what was in good condition, what may need to be addressed in the future and what was crucial at the moment… and then laying out all the pricing options - with no pressure but sound advice. He was very respectful and kind, worked quickly and efficiently. Great experience as a first time customer!

Ryan Murphy was fantastic. Very detailed oriented. Great customer service. I initially had 1 request for a repair and he was able to quote me on the repair but also let me know the overall health of both my garage doors as well as provide quotes for the different options to replace them. Instead of a temporary fix I have decided to replace the doors as the price was affordable. I was very thoroughly satisfied with the service as well as his expertise and knowledge. Thanks Ryan.
