I highly recommend and so appreciate Precision Garage Door for the repairs I just had done. The service manager, Rob, and the technician, Jeff, were professional from beginning to end! The company response was quick. I received tracking and a photo of the technician, Jeff, who came from more than a half hour away the day after I called, which was a Saturday! Jeff arrived with everything needed for repair on the spot and was very courteous, delightful, very knowledgeable and efficient. He provided me with options and explained and showed me what he saw so I could make the best decision. I thought the value I received was well worth price I paid for the option I chose after he had given me estimates for the several options. I had two garage doors that needed repair. For the main two-car garage door, he replaced the worn hardware that had been badly installed by another company and the cable that had become frayed. He also very securely reattached the door to the motor and pulley unit. I also had a manual garage door connected to the main garage that needed all the moving hardware parts replaced since they were probably 40 to 50 years old and broken or rusted so the garage door would not open at all. That was my back up way of entering the garage in case the motor on the main door died or the electricity was out. When Jeff was finished, both doors worked smoothly and easily! I have experienced the difference between the wrong company I called years ago to replace and install a door and Precision! What I had done this time will last a very long time and has a warranty. I will always call Precision Garage Door if I ever need anything related to a garage door again. Many thanks to Jeff and his company! Gafur did a great job inspecting all 3 of our doors and letting us know what was in good condition, what may need to be addressed in the future and what was crucial at the moment… and then laying out all the pricing options - with no pressure but sound advice. He was very respectful and kind, worked quickly and efficiently. Great experience as a first time customer!
