The technician, Josh Giron, could not have been more helpful or polite. No pressure, just professionalism. The repairs included the spring and cables; it was done in good time. The pricing I cannot judge, but it was considerably more than in 2000 when I last had it done and seemed to be in a high bracket. As they say "You get what you pay for". To sum up, service left nothing to be desired, notifications literally kept me informed about every step Josh took until he got here. Sometimes less is more but who is to judge.

Ryan Murphy came out when we needed a repair. He was fabulous! So helpful and explained all the options.

I have had Joshua from Precision here before. He did not dissapoint on this call either. The business is well run, efficient, polite, and thorough. I did not get other estimates, however I believe the price was reasonable. They came out in a few hours after my call and had it all up and running perfectly within an hour.
