My neighbor had her door done about a month ago by Carlos Ortiz.I met Carlos, he gave me his card and I saw the work he did and how happy my neighbor was so I requested Carlos and he was polite, considerate, professional and guided us as to what needed to be done to have everything working as it should. Our technician, Francisco, called ahead and said he could come much earlier than the 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm appointment time. We agreed and he was at our home 15 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered us some options. He is an extremely professional tech and the entire repair process was completed in about an hour. Both my wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received. We opted for a complete overhaul of the mechanical components.

I was very pleased with the work done on my door. I was told that someone would call and then come between 12 - 4 and Francisco called exactly at 12 to tell me he wason his way and when he would arrive.
