The service tech Gafur Ashurov reached out BY PHONE to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival did a thorough evaluation of our system, was transparent with his finding, and due to the age of the system we upgraded. Garfur showed exceptional communication skills, was very personable and provided a great overview of all the features available with this new system. He worked with experience and professionalism. I got super lucky to have Ed Rosado be my technician and Ed was awesome!! Ed was so sweet, knowledgeable, patient and just an all around cool guy!
