An amazing company, work ethic and thoroughness. I called and they came promptly. Very clear in his explanation of options,Joshua ,the tech ,was outstanding in his skill and attitude. He noticed some issues while here to replace the garage opener and saved us from a potentially serious problem. He worked in a closed garage in the horrific heat for several hours to resolve the issues.

I called Precision for an estimate on a new garage door. They sent a specialized technician that weekend, Ryan Murphy. Ryan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and down to Earth. He went over the different options within my budget, was very patient, and gave me time to think over my decision. After getting quotes from another company, I decided to go with Precision. Although it is a bit more expensive (~5-10% more), I feel conident in the quality of the parts and service I am getting with Precision. I highly recommend you ask for Ryan Murphy if you call for an estimate, he's very helpful, won't pressure you, and is extremely knowledgeable.

Gafur did a great job inspecting all 3 of our doors and letting us know what was in good condition, what may need to be addressed in the future and what was crucial at the moment… and then laying out all the pricing options - with no pressure but sound advice. He was very respectful and kind, worked quickly and efficiently. Great experience as a first time customer!
