At noon today I managed to back into my partially opened garage door. Unfortunately both of my cars could not be moved due to the damage. I attempted to reach out to my previous service provider and received no response to my emergency repair request. After reading reviews, I contacted Precision Garage Door. They were able to schedule a repair today, sending their technician, Ryan Murphy. He was extremely knowledgeable, spending time assessing my damage and providing three distinct repair options with clear explanations for each approach. Given the age of my door and its general condition, I decided to replace it. Ryan spent considerable time repairing my existing door so that it would remain functional until my new door can be installed. Because my impact bent the door and pulled some of the rollers off the track, I thought I would be lucky to be able to operate the door manually. Instead he was able to adjust the door, place the rollers into their track and connect the door to the electric door opener. Thrilled to have a functional door so that my autos can remain garaged until my new door is delivered. Ryan was friendly, kind and courteous. In addition to being highly capable, he spent around 2-hrs at my home completing his assessment and repair. Arriving at 6:30 PM and working until 8:20, his willingness to help me out at the end of a long workday was truly appreciated. Also noteworthy were the updates I received throughout the afternoon via text and phone calls from Precision Door regarding estimated time of arrival of their technician.

The young man, David Goldstein, was courteous and efficient. He explained what he was going to do, and then he showed me options for repairs and replacements. He got my garage door working again.

Ryan was completely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was in no rush answering my many questions, and explained the pros, cons and costs of different options (who knew the many options for a Garage door?). We called and were able to get a quote and repair in the same day. Ryan Murphy was excellent. He sat with us explained of our options to us. He worked with us on styles, colors and parts and explained the process very thoroughly. Couldn’t recommend enough!
