I was originally shocked when given the cost of repairing my garage door, didn’t think it would be as much for what I thought was a simple fix but when shown how worn the parts were and how well my garage door works now, it was worth it. Based on the reviews posted from past customers I did not do any price comparison with other companies and I have no regrets. I am very satisfied with the quality of the replacement parts used and with the service technician Hector Ortiz who repaired the door. Thank you for a job well done.

I have not done business with them, at least not yet. However, the technician, Ryan, who came to survey the job and prepare an estimate was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, and on top of his game with knowledge of available products and services, and quick answers to my questions without having to call the office for information. If Ryan is an indication of how Precision does business then I look forward to the possibility of becoming a customer and I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a chance to inspect your project.

I have had Joshua from Precision here before. He did not dissapoint on this call either. The business is well run, efficient, polite, and thorough. I did not get other estimates, however I believe the price was reasonable. They came out in a few hours after my call and had it all up and running perfectly within an hour.
