Precision Overhead Garage sent technician Gafur to my house for an installation of two motors and related parts. Garfur was excellent. Knowledgable, punctual, polite. He answered all my questions. Would 100% hire him again.

I was very impressed with Jeffrey B. as a service technician. I was totally disinchanted with the Precision Doors regular pricing of simple components of the Liftmaster systems. For example: $80 for a pair of brackets to hold some low tech sensors?? I appreciated the coupon for the "no charge" evaluation, which was excellently given by the technician. But I still ended up paying $107.28 for a pair of old used sensors he happened to have on hand and graciously offered that at least the sensing capability was somewhat better than what was presently installed.

I initially had 1 request for a repair and he was able to quote me on the repair but also let me know the overall health of both my garage doors as well as provide quotes for the different options to replace them.
