I got super lucky to have Ed Rosado be my technician and Ed was awesome!! Ed was so sweet, knowledgeable, patient and just an all around cool guy! Ed came to my house twice and remembered me even though he hadn’t been over since last year. The customer service department is also great! Everyone is so nice when they answer the phone, making an appointment was easy and I love the text reminders as it gets close to your appointment. Have been a client of Precision Overhead Doors for many years, usually for small repairs and maintenance of my existing overhead garage door. The service tech Gafur Ashurov reached out BY PHONE to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival did a thorough evaluation of our system, was transparent with his finding, and due to the age of the system we upgraded.
