I was very impressed with Jeffrey B. as a service technician. I was totally disinchanted with the Precision Doors regular pricing of simple components of the Liftmaster systems. For example: $80 for a pair of brackets to hold some low tech sensors?? I appreciated the coupon for the "no charge" evaluation, which was excellently given by the technician. But I still ended up paying $107.28 for a pair of old used sensors he happened to have on hand and graciously offered that at least the sensing capability was somewhat better than what was presently installed.

The garage door company I’ve used for repairs could not respond for 4 days to my serious issue. I searched reviews and Precision was at the top. I now know why. They responded the very next problem, secured my garage and a new door, tracks etc was ordered. Both teams that were at my home were excellent. The new door was installed and works and looks great. I’m a forever customer now.
