    The team from sale to installation was professional and very responsive to all my questions. Quotes were emailed in a timely manner even when I needed to see 4 or 5.     Made on-line appointment for our garage door was not working properly. Appointment set, but received a call from Precious that they could send a technician sooner if I was available. The Technician then called to say he was heading to us. He was nice and knowledgeable. Our equipment was pretty old, and noisy. We needed to replace the motor, so he installed a geni. New door springs and cable. So it came with new pad, remotes and outside key pad. The job was completed in just a few hours. The runs so smooth and quiet. We are very pleased. Great job by the Tech! Highly recommend Precision!
