Called at noon, job completed by 5pm. Our tech, Arnold, was on-time, efficient, and took time to explain multiple product options, as well as post-install operating instructions. Could not have been any better.

I called to request service. The receptionist was courtious and polite and scheduled the next available appointment window. The tech called and let me know when he would arrive. He actually arrived a few minutes early and promptly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a quotation. MIKE BOYLE completed the work, cleaned the area and checked the garage door for proper function. MIKE BOYLE was professional the whole time. The garage door functions as well as or better than when brand new. MIKE BOYLE is a knowledgeable tech, and a good "people person". He is a credit to Precision Garage Doors. Thank you for sending him to fix my problem door. I will recommend Precision to my friends.

The technician (Sammy) arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and provided in depth details about his findings with my garage door. He made me aware of which items were somewhat critical & others that were not critical and could wait.

We had precision come out in February 2021 and have to do a lot of work. It was not an expensive, but the quality of the work was high and the level of service was off the charts. While that was expensive, everything was under warranty for 7 years. We've had to call them back out twice now for additional work. Jeff did the initial work, Arnold followed up we had another small problem, and Chris was here this morning. One thing I will say is that while we paid more initially than I thought it might cost, the level of service and the speed of service that we've received since then is really unmatched. Bravo, Precision!
