    We needed a garage door spring replacement and Precision sent Aaron Whiteman to our home. On the day of our appointment he notified us when he was in route and advised of his arrival time. He arrived promptly and presented himself very politely and professionally. He assessed what needed to be done, thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired and/or replaced and provided a written quote and timeframe to complete the work. While we felt the quote was a little high, we felt so comfortable with Aaron’s obvious skill level and competence it was worth the higher price point for the piece of mind knowing it would get done correctly. I would highly recommend requesting Aaron if you are considering any repairs and/or service from Precision.

    Had issues with our garage door after hours and on the weekend.....ugh!! I was impressed by how the company communicates and follows up with your issues and your appointment. They were able to come out the next day. We had Lucas Wyngarden as our technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional with the process throughout our repair.
