Bob B. was the technician that came out to repair our garage door opener. It turns out we bought a new one from Precision. Bob was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. We bought the door opener because of his way of explaining the importance of a sturdy opener and its durability. Yes, we paid a little more but in the long term, this was the best decision. Great Experience! Jesus DiMasse was my installer. He came out and showed me what the issue was and explained everything. He was super friendly and a stand up guy. He showed me options and gave me advice. Installed everything in like an hour and showed me how to work the new unit. Seemed a little pricey but expert top of the line service. Jesus is the man.

We had Precision put our garage door in back in 2019 and until a few mos ago we were having an issue with it, nothing drastic but I needed to call them so recently I decided it was time, they sent someone out the next day which was great, I didn’t have to wait forever. Jay did a great job, he explained everything to us and he didn’t rush which I liked and what a nice young man, he tried to be as helpful as he could to us, and their office staff was very nice also.
