In 2005 Precision Garage Door made our garage door hurricane ready. Since then, Precision has been our go to company when garage door service (routine maintenance and spring repair) was needed. Once again they did not disappoint when my opener failed and it was time for replacement. My 7:30 AM call was answered by a pleasant attendant who quickly scheduled a same day repair. The assigned technician, Jared, discussed alternative solution options with me and professionally completed necessary repairs and installation of a new Genie opener. We are extremely well satisfied with and highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

My garage door was in extreme disrepair and I wanted an impact garage door with wifi enabled. The cost of having it installed by Precision was well priced and the team that bid and installed were kind and professional! This door is such high quality, quiet and works perfectly. I’m still shaking my head at how reasonably priced a door of this quality was and how the team respected my home, thoughtfully installed and took all the time to explain how the door works. Consultation at the house to decide the best door option, wanted hurricane ratings, was scheduled within one day. Great explanation of the options for door, quote was provided on site allowing opportunity to discuss any questions. Door was installed in less than a week. Installers had great communication. On time, professional and courteous! Door installed in half a day. Reviewed the operation of the door. Completed any paperwork and job finished. Highly recommend!

As always, Precision was easy and pleasant to deal with…and this was on a Saturday midday. The tech was at my house in three hours (he called on his way). Our garage door opener broke late on Thursday afternoon and I called Precision and they set up an appointment for Friday morning . Chris Enlow from Precision arrived early on Friday . He was very courteous and professional and showed me 3 options he had for replacing my opener . After I picked an option he was able to install the new opener quickly and efficiently .. After the installation was completed Chris spent a good amount of time explaining all the features with my new opener since the opener that was replaced was over 30 years old . I was very happy with the service provided by Chris . The cost was more than I expected but then I hadn't replaced an opener in over 30 years .

I can’t praise these guys enough. My garage decided to break on me this morning to the point where I could only close it half way. I called precision and the operator lady I wish I could remember her name was so helpful and nice. I had to call back an hr later and change the service time and the same lady helped me. She was so sweet and understanding and helped me bring my anxiety down. When the technician Brent came he was absolutely amazing. He saved the day. He def pulled me of the ledge.
