I choose Precision because it was a familiar name from commercials and when I saw the great reviews, my decision was made. The office responded quickly and arranged an appointment for me that same day! WOW! Chris was the technician and he was friendly and a delight to work with. He completed the replacement of our garage opener in a timely fashion and did a great job cleaning up. I called Precision back because I forgot to have them program my husbands truck and car to open the door as well. We had Precision replace the garage door on our newly purchased home in March 2020. We chose Precision because of their reputation for being the best garage door company, and we have not been disappointed - the installation and door are great! Precision Garage Door previously replaced both of our old garage door motors. Recently, one of the doors needed to be adjusted, so we contacted Precision. When we called the lady who answered was amazing. She knew who we were by our phone number and pulled up our file instantly. I recently used Precision Garage Door Services in Florida. They had fast availability, which was convenient. However, be aware of their prices. After negotiating the initial quote from $1,300 to $699, I realized they installed a much smaller size and lower HP garage door opener than what was discussed. To make matters worse, the same model and size of opener can be found elsewhere for just $159. Since I live in a gated community with over 100 homes, I will be informing the association so my neighbors are aware of this experience. While they are quick to respond, the value for money and transparency in their pricing leave much to be desired.

Our expectations were exceeded when making our appointment to have our door repaired as were our expectations for the whole experience. Your repairman, Aaron, came out the same afternoon, which was incredibly fast and unexpected. Although our garage door repairs were challenging and it was brutally hot outside (and inside the closed garage), Aaron had an excellent attitude, he was very knowledgeable, and clearly explained what he was suggesting be repaired or replaced and why, as well as showing us the parts involved prior to doing the work. We were given the work quote, and not only did it not increase after the job was completed but our price actually went down due to the military discount that was given (thank you). Now that everything is done, our garage door works very well and we are extremely pleased with the whole Precision experience.
