I had my repair done on my garage door spring, installed 2 instead of one which I chose seeing 2 is better than one. Now my remotes will not open my garage door, my wall mount opener will not open them either. I would appreciate some help from Precision but do not want to pay a huge showing up at my home charge(lol). I would appreciate your help. I followed the instructions which do not work. I am so at a loss here. Help! Thank you Deb

Tailor, who answered the phone, took my information was very professional and courteous. She told me that A repairman would be at my location between 4 and 8 PM. He would call ahead of time about 330 Luke called and said he was on the way he was there at four again very professional, very courteous and knowledgeable. We needed a garage opening solution to qualify for a wind mitigation insurance credit. The existing door had single pane glass and no covering. We decided to go with a non-window hurricane rated door. Precision was included in some shopping recommendations from our inspector, and I was familiar with their ads on The JOYFM. As I shopped, their reputation, willingness to do a phone estimate (so I got a sense of potential expense), and responsiveness made the decison easy. The designer, Rebecca, was easy to work with. The tech was on time, polite, organized and did neat work. We received a call from Jacqueline that there was a billing error and we were credited our refund the same day the install had occurred! Very pleased with the whole process!

Her reply was that Precision strives to deliver service the day the customer calls. Orion the technician arrived early, introduced himself, diagnosed the problem, reset the door springs, and performed preventative maintenance to ensure all other functions were as they should be. Hello, I was pleased with the installer Alex that performed the instalation of 4124 Genie opener and belt drive rail and access. Was polite, professional,informative and in n out in couple hours. The problem is the price was very outrageous and gouging @ $1590 !! Afterwards my research says I made a very poor decision using your company as your pricing FAR exceeds the industry. ALL exact parts installed RETAIL everywhere for $400-$450 !! You got me for over $1100+ in LABOR !! To worsen matters, the issue was a burnt out motor (per Alex) on Genie 1200 series that has a lifetime warranty. A professional Genie installer should have known this and shared with home owner, to allow options to a repair, wether Precision replaces motors are not. I will be disputing this matter of price gouging without question to seek copensation. I ask management to look at this matter first, to hopefully discover an oversight in pricing.
