We have been a customer for over 20 years. When we first moved into our Carrollwood home back in 1995 we had the old heavy wood garage door. Precision has replaced one garage door for us, replaced a spring and frame when it broke and replaced a garage motor with an outside box to open the garage from the outside. Precision door service is probably the most efficient, friendly, and thorough garage door company I’ve ever come across. Their technician was very sharp and knew what he was doing from the get go, he resolved problems I did not even know I had with my garage door and at no extra cost all part of their service. He could just as easily came did what I asked him to do and leave but he went the extra mile now my garage door is working unbelievably I highly recommend these guys!

I had a great experience with Precision Doors. I ordered service online for 10 AM to 2 PM and their technician Jackson was at my door several minutes before 10. Now that’s service! We went over the problem, he gave me options and the work was done in 1 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend them

I asked for a maintenance check on my garage doors to be sure they were functioning properly. The technician Jordan arrived on time examined the doors and their function and gave me an understandable description of the situation. He mentioned that the springs were old, but were functioning ok at this point. He advised that they could start to fail at any time in the future. He checked the connections of the tracks and showed me how to lubricate the door hinges and rollers. He also got me information on the cost of upgrading to hurricane rated doors. I felt he did an excellent job understanding my concerns and explaining what I needed to consider for the future.
