I am intimidated by the quoite which the technician came up to replace the springs is over $800.00 plus other things tacked along to exceed the quote by $1,000. The original company who installed the doors quote upfront $315.00 to replace the springs which included the complete tuneup. I wish the Precision Garage door service was honest up front ane quoted reasonable price for the replacement of the springs on the garage doors. Honesty alway wins the game.

Excellent experience with Robert (Garrett) Clausen. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed the garage door opener malfunction quickly. He also inspected the rest of the garage door system and saw rust on the cables, a failing spring, and failing bearings. He replaced the cables with new ones, replaced the springs with new ones, and replaced the bearings and their associated housings. Everything works great now. I am very happy!
