Called at noon, job completed by 5pm. Our tech, Arnold, was on-time, efficient, and took time to explain multiple product options, as well as post-install operating instructions. Could not have been any better.

We had precision come out in February 2021 and have to do a lot of work. It was not an expensive, but the quality of the work was high and the level of service was off the charts. While that was expensive, everything was under warranty for 7 years. We've had to call them back out twice now for additional work. Jeff did the initial work, Arnold followed up we had another small problem, and Chris was here this morning. One thing I will say is that while we paid more initially than I thought it might cost, the level of service and the speed of service that we've received since then is really unmatched. Bravo, Precision!

Zack came out same day and very quickly. Resolved issue immediately. Very grateful that he figured out the issue quickly.

Excellent service, I would recommend them to everyone. The price was very reasonable and the technician was nice as ever. Job well done.
