I have two garage doors 7×16 and a 8×18 technician thoroughly inspected. The garage doors are 30 years and 16 years old. The garage doors work properly, but being proactive I called precision garage doors to prevent a problem. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. gave me a breakdown of the cost and parts needed to be done to repair the door to prevent problems. I have one garage door I will be replacing new soon. I can’t say enough about the technician made me feel real comfortable and relaxed. You’ll be hearing from me soon. Thank you!

Robbie was the tech that worked on our garage doors and he did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, and explained maintenance procedures after he had completed. The most notable fact though, was what it took to complete the referenced project. We unfortunately have had some deaths in our family, and ALL their stuff was stored in the garage which I was afraid would make the repairs on our garage doors impossible, which I did make apology's for. Robbie, like a true professional, said he could handle it with minimal impact to us, in-so-far as moving stuff around. GREAT JOB!! Thank you.

Christopher Elkington, who was here. Was very informative. After checking everything out. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, what needed top priority repair. He also informed me of the wear and tear of the other items, that really should be replaced. If not now. Would be soon. After everything was said and done, gave me time to ask a lot of questions… In which he answered honestly. That alone put him at the top of the list. Once I decided, what I wanted done. He was right on the job. He had everything in the van he needed to do the entire job. Again, very impressive. I was having trouble, trying to figure out what I wanted to do. . Financially, he let me know of payment option. In which, I decided to go ahead and upgrade my system. Which I would’ve had to have done anyway.. so let’s just say. By the end of the completion of the job, I was very satisfied. He went over everything with me. Answer any remaining questions.. above and beyond with other questions I’ve asked. It worked straight now sounds great.. say I’m a very happy customer. Thank you again.. I have other homes, I guarantee you they need work done. They will be getting another callback from me.. I would tell my friends to go to them first. I really wish she found out more places he dealt with.. thanks again, guys ,five stars all the way!
