I found Precision Garage Door on the Internet just yesterday, Tuesday, August 27,2024 as I we were having problems with the door. I called Precision and spoke with Amanda who was so very Polite and Helpful that I felt at ease and knew that I wanted this company to come and Repair my Garage Door. The Technician came Today, Wednesday August 28,2024. He was very Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Professional. In no time he assessed the problem and provided a solution and also gave us options. He went over and beyond our expectations by granting us a very favorable reduction on the price which we will be accepting as soon as Funds are available. The problem with my garage door opener happened on a Friday night and the original Contractor supplier didn't offer any service on weekends. Called Precision and they came on a Sunday, resolved all the issues, since the only problem wasn't the motor but the springs etc. Chris has redone the system completely and it works wonderfully.

The company answered on a Saturday morning when our garage door wouldn't open. They were on site VERY quickly, and by Saturday noon we were back in business. Accidentally hit my garage door when it was still opening and bent a couple of the brackets and the rollers that let the door operate. Went online at 4am and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Mike Beckum was the technician and showed up on time and went right to work. Job completed in under two hours and everything is working great. I will be calling them again should I ever need them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND MIKE.
