Bob our tech came out and looked at our problems. My husband & I couldnt be any happier with the repairs, new opener & hardware. Bob, explain everything to us before & after & showed us some things we were not aware of. Bob was very professional, very kind, very caring & a perfect gentleman. Garage door opener went out late in the afternoon. I called and they immediately scheduled me for the next morning. Chad showed up, expertly assessed the issue. Recommended options and then upon my decision and approval went to work replacing old opener system and servicing the door. He was prompt, polite, and quickly had all repairs made and area cleaned up. Obviously had a well stocked truck with all needed parts and supplies. I highly recommend Precision and Chad. Well done!

My service technician was John Duff. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. He explained every step in replacing a trosion spring for my garage door, and made sure I understood the need for replacing certain other parts, such as the belt on the belt drive with missing teeth and the bar. The belt bar is much sturdier, and I like it. The most important part I got out of his explanations, and this experience was durability versus fragility, which means a lot to me. I would rather have quality parts that are going to work for a long time than what I had originally. Thank you John!

About 3 o’clock in the afternoon I discovered that my garage door would not work….I called Precision and they said someone would be there within an hour or so… Around 4 o’clock Brad arrived and inspected my door and found I needed a new garage door opener…I thought he would have to come back the next day to install it….but NO he had one in his truck and he could install it immediately….Brad proceeded to install the opener and did a fantastic job…He went above and beyond the call of duty… I would highly recommend Precision door because of the quality of the product but most important on their service reps…. Called for service at 10am. Austin, the technician, arrived at 12pm. Our entire door had to be reworked, except for the panels. Austin was done in 2.5 hours. He did a great job! Look for him in their commercials!

I was having problem with my wall control unit where it almost appeared to be shorting out. Jeremy Rossi came to my rescue and not only fixed the wall unit but pointed out to me how my cables were absolutely frayed and ready to break.
