I watch WFLA channel 8 in the morning and always see the commercials, but what really sealed the deal with me is the excellent service you provided to my mom when her garage door opener decided to quit. Anyone who provides fair and honest service to my mom will get my business as well. So when Carlos came to my home and explained what needed to be done now and what could hold off until later--as well as the typical lifespan of the system I currently had, I didn't hesitate to have not only the motor and the bearings, but the spring as well. It may have cost me a bit more now, but the smooth and quiet operation is worth it. Not to mention the peace of mind of the 5 year warranty! I am really happy!

After calling other companies and them telling me it’s an extra charge for weekends and holidays to come out i remembered this company truck on my block. I needed springs replaced and they came out on Christmas Eve no extra charge. Great , professional and actually beat my service company I used before which told me be extra to come out or I need wait til after Christmas. Thank you mark for the excellent job performed and taking your time to explain it all. This was one call I’m glad I made.

The technician arrived on time. He was very pleasant. It took him very little time to install my new keypad. I asked him to do a tune up as long as he was at my house. The cost for that was reasonable. My only "complaint" was a $20 fee for travel which I was unaware of until it was time to pay. I feel I should have been apprised of this extra charge when I first made the appointment. With that said, this was a positive experience. I would contact Precision again with my garage door needs.

Arnold the representative came out same day, evaluated the issue, and provided several options. Being in Florida you never know what kind of character your gonna have come to your house. But Arnold was great to deal with and very nice. I would highly recommend Precision Garage doors and Arnold.

The tech, Michael, was on time and very knowledgeable. He replaced the belt on both doors since one had broken and the other was going bad. He explained how to check the springs on the door so that we would know when that repair would have to be done.

I chose Precision because of name recognition and recommendation from neighbor. Had 2 garage doors repaired less then year ago, then developed an issue with one.
