He arrived promptly and presented himself very politely and professionally. He assessed what needed to be done, thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired and/or replaced and provided a written quote and timeframe to complete the work. While we felt the quote was a little high, we felt so comfortable with Aaron’s obvious skill level and competence it was worth the higher price point for the piece of mind knowing it would get done correctly.
