You exceeded our expectations. Aidan arrived as scheduled. After inspecting what repairs had to be done, he explained the work to be done in order to get our garage door to work again. We approved the quote provided to us and he immediately started on the repairs. Once Aidan completed the repairs, he thoroughly recapped all the work he had done. Precision Garage Door was excellent in all phases of our garage door replacement after the hurricane damage - the estimate, the installation of the doors and the wall buttons, and the explanation of how everything worked and instructions on how to trouble shoot if there's a problem. We are repeat customers of Precision Garage Door since 2006. We had an issue with the safety sensor not allowing the garage door to close multiple times when there was no obstruction. The technician Nick was outstanding. He explained everything and said the sensors were under warranty and replaced them. He also adjusted the springs to balance the door correctly that was covered under warranty. A general maintenance was done. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Precision. Nick was on time, courteous and clearly cared about their customers.

Our 4 year old door originally purchased and installed by Precision Garage Door was allowing some water to seep under the door during a hard rain. Dominique arrived with in fifteen minutes as scheduled after we talk about change the key pad Dominique tried two different key pad it turned out to be a communication problem with the key pad and the motor Dominique show us some different models and prices we decided to purchase the genie garage door opener. Dominique was very professional and knowledgeable installering our new garage door opener. We have used precision earlier in this year to replace our roll and lubricting our spring.
