I have used Precision for several years. Last night we couldn't get our garage door to open. Check everything ad found nothing wrong on our end. Called this morning and there was a tech. at my house with in 2 hours. He explained what was wrong and gave me several different choices. Noah Geer was great! Our hurricane impact garage door is very heavy and needed updated springs, etc for the motor to open and close the heavy door. Love that they come with fully stocked trucks and the repairs and replacement parts were available and installed in one visit.

Thank you for a great experience with Precision Garage Door! Zack was thorough in checking out the problem with the equipment, offered me options and efficiently took care of it. He was kind and patient too. He helped me change batteries in all the remotes, advised me on the right kind of light bulbs, etc. When one of the covers to the lights broke, he provided the link to the site where new ones could be ordered and showed me how to install when they are delivered. The office staff, everyone I talked to was helpful and they generously reimbursed me for the covers plus some. It wasn't necessary, but they insisted.

The Tech was very professional. I needed the sensors mounted and aimed because the movers nocked them off. It apparently was an easy fix because he was done within minutes. However I didn't know that. He could have easily fu$@ed around for an hour and charged me a lot but he didn't. It was easy fix and he didn't charge me.
