We were very happy with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Scheduling a quote was quick and easy. They are in constant communication with you from start to finish, including pictures so you know which technician is coming. Michael, who came and did our estimate, was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting which door we wanted. Corbin and Vladimir were prompt, communicative, and took every effort to make sure the door was not only installed correctly, but looked great. They took time to answer all our questions and set up our system before heading out. I would highly recommend their services.

Made on-line appointment for our garage door was not working properly. Appointment set, but received a call from Precious that they could send a technician sooner if I was available. The Technician then called to say he was heading to us. He was nice and knowledgeable. Our equipment was pretty old, and noisy. We needed to replace the motor, so he installed a geni. New door springs and cable. So it came with new pad, remotes and outside key pad. The job was completed in just a few hours. The runs so smooth and quiet. We are very pleased. Great job by the Tech! Highly recommend Precision!

On 5/29, Sean Wolf came to repair my garage door that would not open. The spring had snapped, among many other things. He explained everything well and pros and cons of what to replace and why. We needed a garage door spring replacement and Precision sent Aaron Whiteman to our home. On the day of our appointment he notified us when he was in route and advised of his arrival time. He arrived promptly and presented himself very politely and professionally. He assessed what needed to be done, thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired and/or replaced and provided a written quote and timeframe to complete the work. While we felt the quote was a little high, we felt so comfortable with Aaron’s obvious skill level and competence it was worth the higher price point for the piece of mind knowing it would get done correctly. I would highly recommend requesting Aaron if you are considering any repairs and/or service from Precision.
