I called late afternoon on a Sunday and got a hold of a real person! Very good customer service skills and I was able to schedule someone to come out on Monday. Blake showed up on time, explained everything thoroughly, and was very professional. Would definitely recommend Precision!

After looking online for garage door repair I came across Precision Door Service. I contacted them via there website and got a call back the next business day. Patrick did a great job. My door was having trouble closing in cold weather. He ran through the options and gave me prices for them all. We both agreed that the off the shelf opener that I had was struggling to close the door. It didn't seem to have enough power. So I went with the replacement of the opener and the door rollers. Patrick had the opener and parts installed in about 2 hours. He even took the time to lubricate the door panel hinges. My door no longer sounds like a collapsing girder factory every time it opens and closes!

Thanks for the inspection and recommendations for my garage door/"wall" the old unit was not compatible with the new door as it was too heavy for the torsion assembly. The service tech was very professional and made some good points as to my next steps to getting it back up and running.

This was my first experience with Precision. Rich arrived when they said he would to diagnose the problem with our commercial overhead door. Other local companies I called did not have anyone available to even look at it or they immediately let me know it would be an overtime call. I could tell Rich new what he was doing. After calling many garage door repair business and not being impressed with their rates and wanting to charge just to look at what was going on. I then called Precision Door Service and from the start the receptionist was friendly and it was nice to find a place that wouldn't charge to assess what was going on. They were flexible and willing to work around my schedule. Our technician Josh Garrison was able to assess our door and was knowledgeable about what was wrong. It was nice that he was able to point out the damages and explain what was the problems. He was willing to take time out of his day wait for me to get home from work to help with our door problem. He was able to give us multiple options in which we could get the door fixed fast. He was understanding of our budget and it was nice to find a company to work with us so we could afford this fix.
