Scott came out to service a malfunctioning key pad. He replaced it as it was still under warranty. I like new pad better, bigger keys and more illumination. Did his standard check of garage door system, found a broken spring. He replaced the springs, rollers, lubed all hinges. Visit cost more than planned but didn’t check around to get competitive pricing. Door is fixed, 15 year warranty so we should be good for awhile. Won’t have to worry about garage door going into winter. Scott was thorough and worked efficiently. He was friendly and cheerful also.

I called Precision Garage Door of Des Moines on Saturday night at 8PM. They answered! I needed to get service ASAP, like Sunday morning. They were happy to send **** out to repair my garage door which sustained a collision when I backed into it while it was not fully open. **** was here shortly after 8AM on Sunday morning and had everything back in good working condition by 10AM. The charges were very reasonable. These folks are a true 24/7 business. They probably would have come out Saturday night if I would have asked. It was a pleasure to work with them and I won't call anyone else when I need service in the future!
