I had a wonderful experience with Precision Garage Door of Des Moines. My technician was Shawn Assman, who installed nylon wheels in my large garage door. In addition, he enabled the door to close again by resetting some motor settings and adjusting the sensors. Shawn did thorough work with us--our garage door works fine again and now has higher quality wheels. That is a job that would probably take me about several hours, if I could even do it myself. Most of all, Shawn was friendly during the entire service. At the beginning, he presented all the options and allowed me time to choose and the opportunity to ask questions. Kyle, the service tech, was friendly, with great communication as to arrival time. Service request was promptly fulfilled by the company within an hour of calling for service. Kyle was efficient, knowledgeable and got the current problem resolved. Also, pointed out potential problems that should be addressed soon based on use. This is the second time I have used Precision and would definitely recommend.
