Precision Garage Door Service Of Indianola

Dereck showed up when he said he would, and removed the old door, track, and opener. Then proceeded to install the new. When he finished it looked and worked great. He demonstrated what to do maintenance wise, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Derek's definitely represented himself and Precision Door well.

The young man that came was very cordial. He arrived on the time he estimated. He explained what issues he found, including what was fault with my door. He fixed quickly.

Kyle talked over our options, worked with me on differences of material and sold us on installation. He and Kyle 2 got our new stuff all installed in under an hour and walked me through all we needed. Great service!

Grant was on time, courteous and thorough. We have used Precision for all garage needs and issues and have not been disappointed.

My tech was very thorough. Gave me 3 options, I chose what I needed now, springs and tension cables. He told me I needed a new center bearing which would be steel instead of plastic. I had asked him the price of the springs and tension cables. Didn’t give the bearing price a second thought. Until I printed of the invoice to file it. I noticed I had not received my military discount which I had asked about when I made my appointment. I texted the technician and he corrected that. Then I looked at the cost of the steel bearing. I just about had a cow. I was told I was not being charged for labor cost. Which meant to me it would be covered on the cost of the materials. But 80 dollars for a 10 dollar bearing, lol. I was like WOW that is a bit over the top. I figured the materials would be 2-3?times the cost. But not 8 times the cost on Amazon.
