Entire process was very smooth from estimate to install. Since it was a standard door, it was already in stock. Didn't realize how bad the white non insulated door /beige keypad looked until having a new white insulated door and matching white keypad put in.

We had a garage door that banged every time we raised it. Shawn came out and gave us several options to consider. We were prepared for the cost of a new door but Shawn was sure the door was not the issue. He adjusted the lift chain, installed a new spring assist and new rollers. The door now works well with very little noise. Well done Precision Door. Several weeks later the door developed another problem where it would close within 6” of the floor and go back up. And when it did go back up it shuddered and shook from the chain drive being worn. Shawn came back again and fixed us up with a new belt driven lift. It works smooth and goes all the way down again. No offense, but I hope I don’t have to see Shawn again for a while:).

I was extremely happy with my experience with Precision and with their tech Worth. I appreciate being able to make appointments online and the first available was same day. They sent a text with the techs info so I knew who was coming to my home. Worth was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and got the job done fast. I didn't give 5 stars because they couldn't replace the spring, I did have to purchase a new unit. I know it's going to last much longer than the big box store units so it's worth it!
