I went to open my garage door to head to work this morning (12/30) and it just wouldn’t move. I went inside and saw that a spring had broken. I called this morning and Worth came out just a few hours later to take a look. He walked me through three options: fixing just the spring, fixing the spring plus replacing some very old worn parts, or a full replacement. I went with the middle option and couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Worth for being kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient! My garage door has never been this quiet since I bought my house!

Scheduled repair service on the Precision website and requested same day service. They called me shortly after and verified the time I scheduled and headed my direction. Upon arrival, my technician Grant introduced himself, listened to my concerns and evaluated my garage door. He let me know all of my options and was very polite, honest and upfront. He went above and beyond to make repairs to my (very outdated) garage door. He worked in the below freezing temps was able to get it operational. 10/10 would recommend both Precision, and Grant for any garage door needs.

Technician arrived when stated. He was able to reprogram both garage doors. In addition he lubricated the pins and adjusted the garage doors. Excellent work. Highly recommend Precision Doors.

When another company couldn’t come out until 5 days later, we called Precision - they made it out within 25 minutes. Considering that the garage door was completely broken and vehicles tapped inside, we appreciated the expeditious response. Sam was our technician and he was top notch! True professional, friendly and walked through all our options before getting to work. He had our completely new system installed, programmed and cleaned up within an hour. Sam walked us through the new system, step by step showing how it is different from our old one.
