Our garage door spring broke and trapped our cars within our garage. Called Precision at about 7:30 and we were promised a service rep between 8-10 am. Brandon arrived about 8:30, went to work and not only replaced the spring but also replaced wheels, cables and a new garage door opener (at our request). Professional, personable and fast. The receptionist at 7:30 was courteous and professional as well. Very pleased with the interaction and the work performed.

I woke up this morning, ready to leave the house and couldn’t open my garage door. It turns out that the spring broke. I searched online for garage door repairs and came across Precision door service. I gave them a call and immediately spoke with someone who was able to dispatch a technician to my house within 30 minutes. After making the appointment, I received a text notification that Brandon would be coming to my house. It included a photo of him and his bio. I thought that was a nice added touch! Brandon was amazing! He pointed out issues with my door and some options to fix the problem and replace the old opener with a newer higher tech model if I chose. He worked very quickly and got my door back up and running. From phone call to him driving away, it was a three hour process. So amazingly fast! I was prepared to wait for an appointment until next week. Same day service, and within three hours was fantastic! If you’re looking for immediate service, a fair price, and a knowledgeable technician, then look no further than Precision!

Kyle did a great job stabilizing my garage door with new hardware. It was difficult to open, off the track and needed new rollers & springs. The fast same day appointment response was amazing. Totally lived up to the ads! Everything was explained, photos provided to document the work, and an itemized invoice with a warranty. Kyle was efficient, courteous, and did a careful, quality repair! Very happy with the work.
