Never did I think I would be so impressed with a garage door company than I was today! So thankful Scott was able to come out today on a Saturday, get our garage door working and replaced all the worn parts that should have never been installed to begin with!

Grant came out and did a great job, replace the spring for the door, the rollers, and the cables as the spring was broken and the rest was in very poor shape. He took a bit of extra time adjusting the frame and rollers so now the door glides not quite silent but so much quieter and smoother. Also with the adjustments the door seals much better. Great job and would definitely recommend to anyone needing services.

I recently purchased a new Condo, It had the loudest scariest sound that had to make the neighbors feel they lived in a war zone. It was bad. I called Precision Doors even when it was late in the evening and snowing roads were getting slick. I am feeling so thankful Kyle worked right on it. Finished in 2hrs . This was literally the best experience I had with any business in the past five years. They answered the phone when I called, they sent someone out quickly for an assessment, their prices were very reasonable, the person who installed the doors showed up on time and installed them very professionally. The entire experience I had was completely professional and pleasant from beginning to end. I have not had an experience like this with a business since perhaps 2010? Things have gotten bad out there and I’ve been exposed to it all since we’ve been doing renovations and updates on our house for almost 3 years now, but this business has renewed my faith that there are still some good businesses out there. I wish I could clone this business and have them do everything for me in the future for our house.
