Great service and Fast. I needed new garage door springs, called close to 5pm and tech was scheduled for 8:15am the next morning. Technician was very nice, had everything needed on his truck and was able to fix within an hour. I will be keeping this company on my call list for any garage door work in the future.

This was literally the best experience I had with any business in the past five years. They answered the phone when I called, they sent someone out quickly for an assessment, their prices were very reasonable, the person who installed the doors showed up on time and installed them very professionally. The entire experience I had was completely professional and pleasant from beginning to end. I have not had an experience like this with a business since perhaps 2010? Things have gotten bad out there and I’ve been exposed to it all since we’ve been doing renovations and updates on our house for almost 3 years now, but this business has renewed my faith that there are still some good businesses out there. I wish I could clone this business and have them do everything for me in the future for our house.

Had Precision Door out to replace the spring that broke on our garage door Jordan was very professional, you could tell he really loves what he does. He was very thorough, really inspected our garage door, not just the spring. Gave us three different quotes. Work was done and he explained everything he did and gave us pictures of everything. From the phone call to schedule to the completion of the work, I highly recommend this company.

Brandon was both friendly and professional. He got the job done very quickly for less than I was expecting. I’ll definitely be recommending Precision to my friends in the future!

Grant came out and did a great job, replace the spring for the door, the rollers, and the cables as the spring was broken and the rest was in very poor shape. He took a bit of extra time adjusting the frame and rollers so now the door glides not quite silent but so much quieter and smoother. Also with the adjustments the door seals much better. Great job and would definitely recommend to anyone needing services.
