Considering that the garage door was completely broken and vehicles tapped inside, we appreciated the expeditious response. Sam was our technician and he was top notch! Upon arrival, my technician Grant introduced himself, listened to my concerns and evaluated my garage door. He let me know all of my options and was very polite, honest and upfront.
