    Our springs were broken and we had no idea because of the type of builder grade model that was put in. Within a few hours of setting up an appointment for that day, the tech (Worth) came out and was very detailed on what/why it happened. Then he explained what he could do and how it’s different from what we had. Within an hour, the entire job was finished and even after they were done, Worth again explained what he had done along with the warranty on what was done. Great service!!!!

    We scheduled Precision to replace a broken spring on our garage door. The technicians started with a full diagnostic of the current garage door hardware from the motor, the track, springs and cables, and the garage door itself. Based on the wear and tear of the current hardware, they provided a couple repair package options for us to choose according to our desired price and warranty . The replacement options we chose were completed in less than an hour. The entire process was very simple and comprehensive for us.
