There were a few other items that concerned him after doing a full inspection and he presented me with all of my options from just replacing the belt I had originally called in about to fixing other safety concerns he found. He was not pushy or salesy, just presented me with my options and answered all my questions, giving me his undivided attention and never making me feel stupid. What a wonderful company. We called and had a same day appointment for a tech to look at our garage door. They arrived bright and early and garage was fixed within 1 hour.
