Scott Peterson did an incredible job installing our new garage door opener at the end of his work day during a snow storm in below freezing temperatures in what I would consider record time. He offered multiple price options and thoroughly explained what the issues were, the difference in equipment and options of the multiple price points, and clear instruction on the operation of the new equipment. Scott is a true professional and I would highly recommend him.

We had a garage door that banged every time we raised it. Shawn came out and gave us several options to consider. We were prepared for the cost of a new door but Shawn was sure the door was not the issue. He adjusted the lift chain, installed a new spring assist and new rollers. The door now works well with very little noise. Well done Precision Door.

I had unfortunate accident with my garage door. The support bars were bent and I couldn’t open and shut the door with the motor due to the damage. Precision came first thing the next morning and replaced the support bars and adjusted it. Charged me less than the original quote and was done in an hour! Jordan was extremely nice and professional considering he was working in 10 degree temperatures. Thank you!!!!!

Never did I think I would be so impressed with a garage door company than I was today! So thankful Scott was able to come out today on a Saturday, get our garage door working and replaced all the worn parts that should have never been installed to begin with!
