We had a great experience with Precision. Kyle was our technician; he was pleasant to deal with and very skilled. He clearly explained our options and did not try to upsell us. We are very pleased with the finished work. We went with the lifetime guarantee springs and a new opener that is very quiet. I highly recommend Precision.

Had to have a new garage door mine broke.price was surprisingly lower than I expected.came when promised did a good job.will have to have another appointment to reset the electric opener.

Sam was very courteous and texted when he was delayed. He diagnosed the problem and repaired my garage door the same day even though it was very close to 5 pm when he started the repair. He replaced the motor, the springs, the sensors, the garage door pin pad, the wall console, and lubricated the door as well as a second door (lubricated second door without charge) he didn’t repair. He was very fast and cleaned up after himself. He set up my pin for my pin pad and set up my remote garage door opener in my vehicle. He was very kind and helpful. Precision Door Service of Des Moines is lucky to have such a dedicated and hard working employee. I’ll call him again when my small garage door needs service.
