I was extremely happy with my experience with Precision and with their tech Worth. I appreciate being able to make appointments online and the first available was same day. They sent a text with the techs info so I knew who was coming to my home. Worth was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and got the job done fast. I didn't give 5 stars because they couldn't replace the spring, I did have to purchase a new unit. I know it's going to last much longer than the big box store units so it's worth it!

They provided a clear estimate and scheduled the installation for the following Monday as promised. That quick turnaround was especially helpful because I was worried about potential damage to the motor if the issue wasn’t fixed promptly. Brody, the main installer, did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. He explained what was happening and made sure I understood the work being done. The team installed the new door within just a couple of hours. They did need to return to complete the trim, but when they came back, they truly went above and beyond. The trim work was done with great care and attention to detail, exceeding my expectations. They even removed some rotten wood that had been sitting in my driveway, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their responsiveness. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage, and especially Brody and Theo, to anyone needing garage door service or installation.
