Great service ! The garage door could not be opened or closed all of the way. It was 7:00 in the evening and we had appointments early the next morning. I called Precision Door to see if they could help. The person answering the phone was absolutely wonderful. In less than an hour Sam called and said he would be here in 10 minutes. Sam was very polite and professional. After giving me an estimate, he went to work and had many new parts installed ...and the door operated as it did when it was new. So it was only 2 1/2 hours from my original call to job complete. THANK YOU Sam for doing a great job. And THANK YOU Precision Door for providing such quick service. UPDATE - Two years later one of my springs broke. Kyle showed up on time early the next morning. Kyle was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He clearly explained what needed to be done. After completing the repair he explained what was done. The whole process from scheduling the appointment through completion was a great experience...... except when I had to pay. What a sticker shock ! It was about double what I expected. Even with the high price, I still highly recommend Precision to take care of your needs.
