We had a spring break on our garage door. After a quick call, they were here within the hour. Jordan A. was our technician. He was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced my springs and rollers in less than an hour. 10/10 service. Based on my experience with Jordan, Precision Garage Doors of DM will be getting any future business from us.

I had a spring break, of course on a Friday night so needed to have someone come out on Saturday. Thankfully, they had service available with no extra charge! To be honest, I called another company first to get a quote and appointment, but when they hadn't contacted me back in 2 hrs I gave Precision a call. I was provided an appointment time Saturday morning and a quote for a broken spring. I provided the information to the agent on the phone that I had a WD TorqueMaster spring, but wanted to convert to a standard torsion spring system, and they still quoted me the same information. Understandable, that they go off of a script and don't know all the ins and outs to the work to be done, but a more accurate quote would have been better. I really liked how Precision sent out a bio of the tech performing the work, was able to make a personal connection with Shawn! He arrived before the appointment time and finished in an hour. I will be using Precision again!

Kyle came out on a Sunday and had the issue delta with quickly and efficiently his knowledge and honesty was appreciated will defiantly b calling on their services in the future!!

Brandon was on time, friendly, and did a great job explaining the issue along with options to repair our door.
