My garage door spring broke. Just over 6 year-old garage door on a new house. It resulted in damage to inside of top panel of the door as well. Called Precision to set an appointment, they had availability the next day. Kyle M. called during the window of the appointment. He was friendly, asked questions, explained in detail what he would do, answered my questions and was able to fix it in less than 2 hours. He emailed me details and receipt promptly before leaving. Kyle is the absolute man. This is the third time he's been out to our place.He always has a genuine smile and is so polite and efficient as heck. He said 3 hours for reinforcing the door, adjusting the suspension accordingly due to the additional weight and replacing the outdated motor, which involved installing a new keypad on the outside, a new button on the inside and programming the new openers for me and my boyfriend to have in our car. He was there early, and had it done in less than two hours, and he did it singlehandedly in 20 degree weather. Because of his knowledge and skill he saved us almost 2 grand but finding a way to fix the door without us having to replace it. He is seriously the best. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend.
