We had a garage door that banged every time we raised it. Shawn came out and gave us several options to consider. We were prepared for the cost of a new door but Shawn was sure the door was not the issue. He adjusted the lift chain, installed a new spring assist and new rollers. The door now works well with very little noise. Well done Precision Door.

This was literally the best experience I had with any business in the past five years. They answered the phone when I called, they sent someone out quickly for an assessment, their prices were very reasonable, the person who installed the doors showed up on time and installed them very professionally. The entire experience I had was completely professional and pleasant from beginning to end. I have not had an experience like this with a business since perhaps 2010? Things have gotten bad out there and I’ve been exposed to it all since we’ve been doing renovations and updates on our house for almost 3 years now, but this business has renewed my faith that there are still some good businesses out there. I wish I could clone this business and have them do everything for me in the future for our house.

Excellent Service; very friendly; they back their work 100% even when I called them back for a minor detail. Highly recommend. They offered further support should I need it. Worth was my tech and he was very knowledgeable.
